At Grupo Madeplax, we continue to push boundaries and take on new challenges in the most demanding environments. Our international presence is growing once again in the Caribbean, this time in Turks and Caicos Islands, a strategic location where one of the region's most exclusive hotel projects is being developed: Kempinski Grace Bay.
A Strategic Destination for High-End Architecture
The Turks and Caicos Islands have established themselves as one of the most sought-after destinations in the Caribbean. Their combination of stability, international investment, and a rapidly expanding hotel market makes them a key location for technically demanding projects. For Madeplax, working in this territory means strengthening our ability to operate in premium environments, where precision, engineering, and excellence in construction are essential.
The area of Grace Bay, known worldwide for its beaches and luxury hotels, demands architectural solutions that combine design, durability, and impeccable craftsmanship. This project represents precisely that challenge.
Active participation in a leading international project
Over the next few months, our team will be working on-site in direct collaboration with leading professionals in the industry. During recent site visits, Fernando Herrera, CEO for the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, coordinated the project's progress alongside the Miguel Parra, Engineer, the Héctor Díaz, Engineer, Michael Rosario, Andrés Mora y Vicente Machi.
Their joint efforts ensure rigorous technical oversight, efficient planning, and execution in line with the international standards that characterize Kempinski and Madeplax.
Another step forward in our international expansion
This new phase reaffirms our commitment to quality, precision engineering, and our ability to provide comprehensive solutions for world-class projects. The Turks and Caicos Islands thus join our established presence in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Mexico, strengthening Madeplax’s global vision and our ability to operate anywhere in the world.
We continue to move forward with a clear mission: to create projects that elevate architecture and the hotel experience in the world's most exclusive destinations.
