What are we looking for?
We are looking for a 1st Officer for the workshop of L'Alcudia. Your role will be to execute autonomously and with high technical level the manufacturing and assembly tasks in the aluminum workshop, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Execute the cutting, machining, assembly and adjustment of complex parts according to technical drawings.
- Operationally coordinate lower level officers on the production line.
- Support the Workshop Manager in the resolution of production incidents and in the organization of daily work.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
- Perform quality checks and controls on semi-finished and finished products.
- Detect incidents in processes or materials and propose solutions.
- Ensure the correct use of complex machinery and tools.
- Report work reports and times according to established procedure.
- Promote order, cleanliness and safety in the workshop environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly in metal carpentry workshop (aluminum essential).
- Technical training in metallic carpentry is essential.
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Training in specific PRL and machinery (cutting, CNC, elevators...).
- Autonomy in the manufacture and assembly of complex products.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate team tasks in the absence of the shop foreman.
- High commitment to quality and safety.
