The Madeplax Group, a company dedicated to wood, aluminum, glass and steel carpentry, organized an event this past Thursday, April 11, to celebrate its 50 years of life, which was attended by various personalities who have had ties with the company during all these years.
Madeplax began its operations in 1968, as a wood carpentry, manufacturing and supplying blinds for the domestic market. Nowadays it develops integral projects for hotel chains and construction companies, designing, manufacturing, commercializing and installing a wide range of products in wood, aluminum, glass and steel for its branches in Spain, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Morocco and Portugal. All this is possible thanks to its large infrastructure, with factories and commercial and logistics centers located in Spain, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Brazil and China, among others.
Mr. José Tolosa, president-founder, gave a retrospective of the Group during the ceremony, thanking all the attendees for being part of Madeplax's success and urging all its employees to continue training and to continue with the business model in which the joint benefit of the customer, supplier and company is sought, as well as the importance of trust between all these parties in a reciprocal manner.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Vicente Folgado, Vice President of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Alejandro Bermejo, President of Asemad (Valencian Association of Carpentry and Related Industries), who decorated Mr. Tolosa with the Insignia del Gremio de Maestros Carpinteros (Now Asemad) for his long career in the wood sector and Mrs. Susana Tolosa, daughter of Mr. Tolosa and Commercial Director of Madeplax Group, who gave special thanks to all the staff, who, thanks to their constant sacrifice, has ensured a large part of the company's solvency. Customers have also joined in the celebration, sending greetings and best wishes for the company.
This celebration brings to a close the activities concerning the 50th anniversary that began on April 12, 2018, to give way to the new years to come, working harder for all customers.
