The Madeplax Group has successfully completed the second stage of the project of one of the most important logistics centers located in Punta Cana - Bávaro.
With the completion of this phase, the project now has more than 5,700 m² of constructed area out of a total of 7,500 m² dedicated exclusively to industrial buildings. The facilities are fully serviced and are currently in operation.
This project, which has a total of 28 adaptable warehouses, of which 15 have been built in its first two stages, expects to complete the construction of all of them in the next few months and then start with the office area and common areas such as the loading and unloading area and parking lots, restaurants, cafeterias, among others.
In this project, located in one of the most strategic locations in Punta Cana, Bávaro, the Madeplax Group will install its logistics center with the capacity to support other delegations located in the Caribbean such as Mexico, Jamaica and Costa Rica, in addition to offering a better service to all customers in the Dominican Republic.
In the coming years, Madeplax intends to consolidate its presence in all its branches and will therefore make significant investments to improve its infrastructure.
