Our goal is to offer high quality manufactured products in wood, aluminum, glass and steel as well as their installation on site, carrying out an exhaustive follow-up that guarantees the best service to the client.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Quality and Processes Technician for the offices of L'Alcudia to define, implement and maintain transversal quality processes and procedures that guarantee the standardization, control and continuous improvement of internal processes, integrating support areas (Finance, HR, Purchasing, PRL), business and production (technical office and works).

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Analyze and map the company's current processes: bidding, contracting, planning, work execution, economic control, certifications, purchases and project closure.
  • Define, document and implement transversal corporate procedures between offices and construction sites.
  • Ensure the correct application of quality processes on site and in support departments.
  • Develop and maintain management system documentation (procedures, instructions, formats, records).
  • Provide support to site managers, technical office and corporate areas in the application of procedures and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001 or others).
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Define process and quality indicators (deadlines, deviations, non-conformities, rework).
  • Promote continuous improvement and standardization of best practices among construction sites.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions derived from incidents in works or internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Technical or engineering training in areas related to quality.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality departments implementing processes and coordinating audits and integrated management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Audit, Internal Audit, Validation, Calibration, Quality Standards, Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Control.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and PRL and environment (ISO 14001 / 45001).
  • Knowledge of the complete work cycle and construction processes.
  • Ability to work transversally with site, technical office and corporate departments.
  • Good command of office tools and process documentation.
  • Analytical skills and process orientation.
  • Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Autonomy and capacity to manage change.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a 1st Officer for the workshop of L'Alcudia. Your role will be to execute autonomously and with high technical level the manufacturing and assembly tasks in the aluminum workshop, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Execute the cutting, machining, assembly and adjustment of complex parts according to technical drawings.
  • Operationally coordinate lower level officers on the production line.
  • Support the Workshop Manager in the resolution of production incidents and in the organization of daily work.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
  • Perform quality checks and controls on semi-finished and finished products.
  • Detect incidents in processes or materials and propose solutions.
  • Ensure the correct use of complex machinery and tools.
  • Report work reports and times according to established procedure.
  • Promote order, cleanliness and safety in the workshop environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly in metal carpentry workshop (aluminum essential).
  • Technical training in metallic carpentry is essential.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Training in specific PRL and machinery (cutting, CNC, elevators...).
  • Autonomy in the manufacture and assembly of complex products.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate team tasks in the absence of the shop foreman.
  • High commitment to quality and safety.
