What are we looking for?

We are looking for a 1st Officer for the workshop of L'Alcudia. Your role will be to execute autonomously and with high technical level the manufacturing and assembly tasks in the aluminum workshop, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

 

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Execute the cutting, machining, assembly and adjustment of complex parts according to technical drawings.
  • Operationally coordinate lower level officers on the production line.
  • Support the Workshop Manager in the resolution of production incidents and in the organization of daily work.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
  • Perform quality checks and controls on semi-finished and finished products.
  • Detect incidents in processes or materials and propose solutions.
  • Ensure the correct use of complex machinery and tools.
  • Report work reports and times according to established procedure.
  • Promote order, cleanliness and safety in the workshop environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly in metal carpentry workshop (aluminum essential).
  • Technical training in metallic carpentry is essential.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Training in specific PRL and machinery (cutting, CNC, elevators...).
  • Autonomy in the manufacture and assembly of complex products.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate team tasks in the absence of the shop foreman.
  • High commitment to quality and safety.

We are looking for a Project Technician for the offices in L'Alcudia to be part of the Projects Department.
Your role will be to ensure the correct planning, execution and follow-up of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and technical specifications.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • To design and develop products that strictly conform to our customers' standards.
  • Follow the PM's instructions, in order to comply with established times, solutions and qualities.
  • Elaborate and interpret technical drawings.
  • Identify new opportunities or products that can meet new needs/trends.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers or final destination of the product.
  • Direct communication with the PM and with the site manager in charge of the work in the different product cycles.
  • Initiation, Planning, Execution, Follow-up and control and Closing, in order to guarantee the maximum or total reduction of errors and the best finished product.
  • Determine and optimize production costs.
  • To provide quotations for aluminum and glass projects/works for both domestic and international markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum FP II or similar, Technical Engineering or similar (specializing in structures, construction, metal mechanics, etc.).
  • Proficient in software applications such as AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat, carpentry software.
  • Proficiency in the office package.
  • Knowledge about the design and production of materials, wood, aluminum and glass products.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the sector.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for metal carpentry projects.
  • Analyze drawings and technical specifications to perform measurements and cost calculations.
  • Request prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the technical and commercial departments to define viable and competitive solutions.
  • Prepare technical and economic documentation for offers, bids and tenders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum FP II, Technical Engineering or similar (specializing in structures, construction, metal mechanics, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 department experience in construction or aluminum, glass, steel or wood or related fields.
  • Handling of measurement and budgeting tools (AutoCAD, aluminum carpentry software such as Logikal of Orgadata, office Excel package, adobe...).
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Experience on site or in technical departments is a plus.
