And at the helm of this operation is Michael Rosario<\/strong>, a key figure for understanding how the company works from the inside.<\/p>\n

Michael combines real-world experience across multiple areas, technical expertise, a calm leadership style, and a very clear vision of what it means to lead in an environment where every decision impacts purchasing, the workshop, logistics, construction sites, and customers. 1. My role in one sentence<\/strong>
My primary responsibility is to ensure that the client's ideas, projects, and needs are turned into a well-organized, profitable, and well-executed reality.<\/p>\n


2. My Leadership Style<\/strong>
I strive to lead with calmness, sound judgment, and approachability. In Operations, you know that a poorly thought-out decision can affect purchasing, the workshop, logistics, construction, and the customer, so I make sure to listen carefully, prioritize quickly, and act responsibly.<\/p>\n


3. My Real Day<\/strong>
The first thing I check is the status of critical projects: deliverables, issues, pending purchases, workshop tasks, and construction work. The last thing I take home with me is usually my concern about what might be brought forward, held up, or improved the next day.<\/p>\n


4. Day-to-Day Priorities<\/strong>
There are three things I can never let slip: deadlines, costs, and coordination between teams. If those three elements are under control, the company runs much more smoothly.<\/p>\n


5. Managing Challenges<\/strong>
The most common challenges are unforeseen circumstances: delays in material delivery, client changes, lack of capacity, urgent site issues, or cost overruns. It helps me stay calm to know that almost anything can be resolved if there is clear information, a committed team, and timely decisions.<\/p>\n


6. Working with the team<\/strong>
I highly value responsibility, attitude, and problem-solving skills. When the pressure is on, I\u2019m not looking for perfect people; I\u2019m looking for people who step up, communicate clearly, and help get the job done.<\/p>\n

For different departments to move forward as a single team, they need shared goals, daily communication, and clarity on who makes which decisions. When each department understands how its work impacts the next, everything runs more smoothly.<\/p>\n


8. Relationship with Projects<\/strong>
When a project goes as it should, I feel a sense of satisfaction and pride. Behind every job well done are many people, many decisions, and many details that the client may not see, but that make all the difference.<\/p>\n


9. Demanding customers<\/strong>
It helps me not to view the demand as a problem, but rather as a sign that the client expects a lot from us. The key is to listen, prioritize, communicate transparently, and never lose sight of the big picture of the project.<\/p>\n


10. Madeplax Culture<\/strong>
I am driven by a strong work ethic, dedication, and a spirit of finding solutions even when the path isn't easy. Madeplax has grown thanks to people who push forward, adapt, and believe in what they do.<\/p>\n


11. Lessons Learned from the Position<\/strong>
This position has taught me that I can handle more pressure than I ever imagined, but also that it's not about doing everything myself. Leadership is about learning to trust, delegate, give instructions, and make decisions even when you don't have all the information.<\/p>\n


12. Personal Motivation<\/strong>
It motivates me to know that my work sets the pace for so many things: ensuring a project is completed on time, helping a team work more effectively, keeping a client satisfied, and helping the company continue to move forward.<\/p>\n


13. Looking to the Future<\/strong>
I envision a much more digitized Operations department, with clear processes, visible metrics, and teams working with a focus on foresight rather than urgency. I\u2019m excited to build a department that is more professional, more efficient, digitized, and prepared for growth in the coming years.<\/p>\n


14. Professional Inspiration<\/strong>
I\u2019ve been shaped by many people within the company itself: colleagues in the workshop, assembly, management, sales, and on-site operations. Having worked in different areas has taught me to lead based on real-world experience, not just theory.<\/p>\n


15. Advice for Up-and-Comers<\/strong>
I would tell them to learn the business from the ground up, to listen carefully, and not to be afraid to take on responsibility.
