The Madeplax Group has made a significant investment in the purchase of land in the Dominican Republic for the construction of one of the most important logistics areas in Bávaro and the country.

The Punta Cana Technology Park is located in the best strategic area with entrance and exit to the Higüey-Miches highway.

The overall project will consist of 6 zones: industrial buildings, common buildings, loading and unloading, offices, leisure and parking.

The structures will comply with the most demanding safety and modern standards, in addition to the pre-installation of electricity, water and drainage for the common and industrial warehouse area, which can be adaptable and range from 250m² to 1900m². The loading and unloading area will have a dock for the proper distribution of goods. The office building will be equipped with electricity, water, sewage, internet and wi-fi, as well as a common leisure area with a restaurant and bar area. There will be approximately 100 parking spaces.

Thanks to this investment, imports of materials from Europe and Asia, requested by Madeplax Group's customers, will be accelerated, thus making Bávaro the neuralgic point of distribution to the rest of the Caribbean and the Americas.
