In compliance with the firm intention of executing the infrastructure investment plan for the branches, the Madeplax Group begins the year with the actions planned to optimize and improve service to its customers.
In February of this year, Mr. José Tolosa Sanchis, CEO of the Group, traveled to Bávaro, Dominican Republic, to attend the inauguration of the Plaza Comercial e Industrial 3 Center, which was attended by representatives of all the hotel companies in the area, authorities and various public institutions, as well as Mr. Vicente Chornet and Mr. Ismael Boix, who are participating in the financing and execution of the project.
This center is located in the best area of Bávaro, in front of the new highway and coinciding with one of its exits. It has an area of more than 35,000 m², of which 25,000 m² cover the project and where the first phase has been executed consisting of 9,000 m², in which Madeplax has space for its exhibition and logistics warehouse in the area.
The investment in 3 Center will contribute to the development of the area, generating important sources of employment in what is considered to be one of the most important business centers in the Dominican Republic.
DELEGATION HUELVA - PORTUGAL
Continuing with the investment plan for the delegations, the respective actions are beginning for the construction of two industrial buildings located in Ayamonte, Huelva (Spain), which will serve, among other things, to improve the services offered by the Hueva delegation to its customers.
These modern warehouses will have offices, an exhibition area and a product warehouse. This will substantially improve delivery times and after-sales service. The commercial area will also be expanded to cover more areas of Portugal and southern Spain.
These important investments will soon be extended to the Ibiza, Mexico and Jamaica offices, so that better and greater services can be offered to all customers.
