During the years prior to the beginning of the process for the development of the Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica Hotel, the Nicaraguan international Pellas Development Group, responsible for the hotel project, began negotiations with the Madeplax Group regarding wood carpentry.
To reach the final objective, several proposals were presented based on the main idea offered by the client, which was enriched with the experience of more than 47 years in wood carpentry offered by Madeplax.
The design and manufacturing processes were complemented with training for the installation and maintenance department of the site.
In order to obtain better results, supervision was reinforced throughout the installation process.
The involvement of the Madeplax Group throughout the project as well as the constant support and feedback with the technical and design area of the client have made it possible to successfully complete the work in a short time.
