The Madeplax Group has completed the installation of the doors of the Oncolope Oran Hospital, the first clinic of its kind located in Oran, Algeria.
Made with solid interior sheets covered in white HPL and coatings of the Intensa - Variation 1 series, designed by Madeplax's R+D+I department for this type of products intended for clinics and hospitals.
More than 154 door kits were manufactured and installed, including hinged, sliding, single and double, solid and plumbed doors distributed throughout the three floors of the clinic.
The solid sheets were manufactured with 7 mm board and polystyrene interior, all covered with 0.8 mm thick white HPL and edged on all four sides with PVC.
The frames are made of aluminum profiles with silver anodized matte finish, adaptable to any size of wall without incurring higher manufacturing and installation costs. They have inside supports made of waterproof MDF to offer greater resistance to the structure and to the humidity typical of this type of installation.
Finally, the hardware installed is in stainless steel and the plumbing for the doors of the X-ray rooms was done both on the doors and on the cladding, as well as on the walls for greater safety.
